Cookies

This page describes what actually happens in your browser on this site, rather than the general case. There are only two analytics tools, they only run on the marketing pages, and neither one starts until you say yes.

Nothing loads until you choose

On your first visit a small banner asks whether you accept cookies. Until you answer, neither analytics tool is loaded at all. The tags are not fetched, no request goes to Google or Microsoft, and no analytics cookie is set. This is not a banner that tracks you while it waits for an answer.

Your answer is kept in your browser's local storage under the name cp-consent. It is not a cookie and it is never sent to us. If your browser blocks storage, we honour your choice for that visit and ask again next time.

If you accept

Two tools load, both on the marketing pages only.

• Google Analytics 4 counts visits and shows which pages people find useful. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by our property ID, which tell repeat visits apart.
• Microsoft Clarity shows how a page is actually used: clicks, scrolling, and a replay of the page as your browser drew it. It sets cookies named _clck and _clsk.

Both companies are in the United States and both are listed on our sub-processors page with the basis we rely on to send data there.

If you decline

Nothing happens. No script is fetched, no cookie is set, and no data reaches Google or Microsoft. The site works exactly the same way. We do not ask again on every page.

Never on the signed-in app

Neither tool ever loads on the dashboard, on onboarding or on sign-in. That is deliberate, and it is enforced twice in the code rather than by policy. Those pages can show call transcripts, leads and messages belonging to your customers, and a session replay would send that to Microsoft on a consent your customer never gave. Analytics on a signed-in app buys almost nothing and risks a great deal, so it is switched off there by construction.

The cookies that are always on

When you are signed in, Supabase sets the cookie that keeps you signed in. Its name begins with sb- and ends with -auth-token. It is strictly necessary: without it you would be signed out on every page, so it does not need consent and there is no way to turn it off while staying signed in. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

We do not advertise to you

There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels and no cross-site tracking on this site. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Changing your mind

Clear this site's stored data in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit. In most browsers that is under privacy settings, as cookies and site data for callspicked.com. Clearing it also removes the analytics cookies above. If you would rather we did it for you, email us and we will confirm what to delete.
